COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1763-L16AWA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Br product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8030CRM210 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A20B8101060001A manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9A000404 by Manufacturer Br as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand JNEP36 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Epson such as EG9013FNZ1 equipment made by Epson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Epson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Epson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6AV66470AJ113AX0 made by Siemens as well as the popular AST3501T1AF original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PWS6A00TPE by Hitech and EG9013FNZ1 spares by Epson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BE412BBE412 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
